The Blog Categories module in Perno Store allows you to organize blog posts into clear thematic sections. Categories make it easier to manage editorial content and help visitors find articles related to a particular topic. Each category is created for a specific store and language.
Before creating a category, check the Context selector at the top of the page and make sure that the correct store is selected.
How to create a blog category

Open the Content section in the left-hand menu.

Select Blog - categories.

The Blog Categories page displays:

Store Context, showing the store you are currently managing.

Category Count, showing the number of categories created for the selected store.

Category Registry, containing all existing blog categories.

Click Add Category. If no categories have been created yet, you can also click Add First Category.

In the Category Configuration section, complete the following fields:

Name: enter the name of the category, for example Guides, News, Insights or Product Stories.

Language: select the language of the articles that will be assigned to this category.

Check the Context Summary on the right-hand side. It shows the store in which the category will be created and confirms that you are creating a new category.

Click Create Category to save the category.
If you do not want to save the category, click Cancel. You can also use Back to Categories to return to the category list.
After the category is created, it appears in the Category Registry. The list shows:

the category name and its automatically generated slug,

the selected language,
-
the number of posts assigned to the category,
-
the actions menu for managing the category.
You can create multiple categories for each store. Remember that the list always reflects the store currently selected in the Context menu.
