How to export data from the panel

A step by step guide to exporting data from the panel.

Perno Store lets you export order data as a CSV file for further analysis, reporting, or processing in Excel, Google Sheets, and other compatible applications. The export applies to the store selected in the current Context.

1. Select the correct store

Before exporting data, check the Context selector at the top of the panel. Choose the Perno Store from which you want to export orders.

Orders are managed separately for each store context.

2. Open the Orders module

In the left-hand navigation:

  1. Expand Orders.

  2. Select All orders.

The Orders page displays all carts and orders associated with the selected store.

3. Choose an order status

Use the status tabs to determine which orders you want to display and export:

  • All: all available orders

  • In progress: orders currently being processed

  • Payment in progress: orders with an ongoing payment

  • Unpaid: orders that have not been paid

  • Paid: successfully paid orders

  • B2B to completion: B2B orders waiting for completion

  • Cancelled: cancelled orders

  • Failed: orders that were not completed successfully

  • Completed: completed orders

Select All if the export should include orders regardless of their status.

4. Set a date range

You can limit the exported data to a specific period:

  1. Select the start date in the first date field.

  2. Select the end date in the second date field.

  3. Click Apply.

The order list will be updated according to the selected status and date range.

If you do not want to limit the export by date, leave both date fields empty.

5. Export the orders

After applying the required filters, click Export CSV.

The CSV file will be downloaded through your browser. It can then be opened in a spreadsheet application or imported into another system.

Exporting sold products

If you need a product-level report instead of an order-level report:

  1. Expand Orders in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select All sold products.

  3. Choose the required order status.

  4. Optionally set a date range and click Apply.

  5. Click Export CSV.

You can use the Paid Only button to quickly display products from paid orders.

The All orders export is intended for order-level reporting, while the All sold products export provides information about individual products included in customer purchases.

If no data is exported

If the list is empty or the exported file does not contain any records, check that:

  • the correct store is selected in Context,

  • the store has received orders,

  • the selected status includes the orders you need,

  • the date range is correct,

  • you clicked Apply after changing the dates.
