The Blog Authors module allows you to create and manage author profiles that can be assigned to blog posts in the selected Perno Store. Each profile contains the author’s name and can also include a portrait. Using real names and photos helps make your blog content more trustworthy and personal.
Before adding an author, check the Context selector at the top of the page. Author profiles are managed separately for each store, so make sure that the correct Perno Store is selected.
How to add a blog author

Open the Perno dashboard and select the appropriate store from the Context menu.

In the left-hand navigation, expand Content.

Select Blog - authors.

On the Blog Authors page, click Add Author. If no profiles have been created yet, you can also click Add First Author.

Enter the author’s name in the Name field. This field is required.

Optionally, click Choose File under Author Image and upload a portrait. The Profile Preview section shows how the selected image will appear.

Check the Context Summary to confirm that you are creating the profile for the correct store.

Click Create Author to save the profile. To leave the form without saving, click Cancel or Back to Authors.
After the profile has been created, it appears in the Author Registry. The page also displays the total number of authors available for assignment to blog posts.
The registry includes the author’s name, portrait and an Actions menu represented by the three-dot icon. You can use this menu to access the available management options for the selected author.
