Delegate company administration with the new Company Manager role

Perno Company now includes a new Company Manager role. Company Managers have the same administrative capabilities as Company Admins across CRM, colleagues, OKRs, People Pool and other company tools.

Project information remains assignment-based: a Company Manager can only see and access projects, tasks, roadmap items and project-linked time entries for projects to which they have been assigned. The same restriction applies to direct links and the Perno API.

Cleaner CRM email replies and follow-ups

CRM email replies and sequence follow-ups now keep a clear separation between the new message, the sender’s signature and the quoted conversation history.

The generated email uses Gmail-compatible reply markup together with the original thread identifier and reply headers. Gmail and other email clients can therefore recognize the message as part of the existing conversation and collapse the quoted history more reliably.

Work faster with sortable CRM directories and lead deletion

The CRM company and people directories can now be sorted in ascending or descending order. Companies can be ordered by name, type, owner or creation date, while people can be ordered by name, contact details, owner or creation date. The selected direction is shown directly in the table header.

The Leads list also has a new contextual bulk deletion action. Select one or more leads to remove them after confirmation; the action remains hidden until records are selected.

Assign colleagues separate roles for each Perno application

Colleague access is now organized by application. The Perno Company colleague page presents separate role groups for Perno Company and Perno Eduwallet, so the same person can be, for example, a project member in Perno Company and a teacher or guardian in Eduwallet.

When inviting a colleague, choose their default application as well as their application-specific roles. The invitation uses the selected application's branding, and that application becomes the colleague's default dashboard context after sign-in.

schoolPerno Eduwallet

Set up an education institution and its community in Perno Eduwallet

Perno Eduwallet provides a structured workspace for schools, course providers and other education organizations. Create an institution, define its academic years and groups, then add students, teachers, employees and guardians with application-specific access.

Students can belong to one or more groups, guardians can be linked to the students they represent and adult students can act as their own payer. Invitations use Perno Eduwallet branding and lead recipients into the correct application context.

Collect one-time and recurring education fees

Create individual one-time charges or reusable recurring fee plans for selected students or an entire group. Group-based plans follow the current group membership and can use the dates of the associated academic year.

Each fee can offer one or more settlement destinations. Institutions can use Perno Orchestration with automatic payment links, optionally select a compatible merchant account, or provide a traditional bank-transfer destination. Partial manual payments reduce the remaining online amount, while institution-level settings determine whether the Perno commission is covered by the institution or added for the payer.

Automate payment reminders and keep payers informed

Create reusable reminder schedules with messages sent before or after a charge's due date. Set an institution-wide default or choose a different schedule for a one-time charge or recurring fee plan, inspect the delivery history and pause reminders for an individual charge when necessary.

Payment invitations, reminders, cancellations and Eduwallet conversations use Perno email styling, the institution's communication language and direct links that allow the payer to pay without signing in. Important messages are also reflected in Perno notifications.

A clearer, localized Eduwallet workspace

The Eduwallet dashboard now presents payment status, outstanding balances and operational data in a clear visual overview, with reports and exports for deeper analysis. Background CSV imports include a downloadable template, progress information and completion results.

Forms across institution setup, academic years, groups, members, students, settlement destinations, charges, fee plans, reminders, documents, messages and imports now use translated labels, choices, guidance and placeholders. Language-aware defaults select the appropriate language and currency during setup, while dates, money values, actions and navigation follow the conventions used across the Perno dashboard.

campaignPerno Creators

Build your creator profile and monetize your audience with Perno Creators

Perno Creators provides creators with a localized, link-in-bio-style public profile that combines their most important links with ways for supporters to pay. Creators can manage link icons and ordering, preview a profile before publishing it, generate a friendly URL automatically and confirm that its slug is available.

The application supports one-time payments, configurable tips with suggested or custom amounts and recurring card subscriptions. Every payment option can use Perno Orchestration to produce a shareable payment link and QR code, while completed payments and revenue are visible in the dashboard and reporting charts.

Forms, navigation and public pages have been refined and translated to make setup easier. New Perno Creators marketing pages also explain the product's use cases, benefits and value for creators who want to monetize their audience without assembling several separate tools.

petsPerno Equestrian

Manage equestrian services and payments in one Perno Equestrian workspace

Perno Equestrian now offers an easier guided setup, a grouped application menu and a localized public profile for an equestrian centre. Centre names generate profile slugs automatically, availability is checked while typing, addresses can be reused from the organization and the public page includes language switching, Perno branding and the correct favicon.

Centres can manage horses—including their size or type—instructors, activities and scheduled sessions using clearer forms and dedicated list pages. Locations are suggested automatically from centre data, contextual navigation returns users to the right list, and three-dot action menus with confirmation dialogs provide a consistent way to edit or remove records. Expanded dashboard charts summarize revenue, payments, bookings and operational activity.

One-time and recurring payments, payment links and QR payments are powered by Perno Orchestration. The competition module is focused specifically on collecting competition fees: organizers can create payable options, share a link or QR code and monitor payments, while registration, starting lists and sporting administration remain in the specialist external systems already used by the centre.

car_repairPerno Mechanics

Run workshop jobs and repair payments with Perno Mechanics

Perno Mechanics has received the same usability foundations introduced across Perno's new vertical applications. The dashboard, workshop setup and operational forms are clearer and localized, field descriptions explain what is required, and cancel buttons and breadcrumbs preserve the user's current context.

Workshops can organize customers, vehicles and repair orders, track job status and pricing, and give customers a clear path to repair and payment information. Dedicated lists use consistent three-dot action menus and confirmation dialogs, while the dashboard surfaces the most important workshop and revenue information.

Repair payments use Perno Orchestration and can be collected through shareable payment links or QR codes, with transaction history available inside the application. The integration keeps existing orchestration and payment-link behavior compatible while giving mechanics a simpler industry-specific workflow.
