Follow the steps below to create your Perno account, verify your email address, provide your company details, activate your subscription and connect the merchant account required to use payment features in Perno.
1. Create your account
Go to Perno and register using your email address and a secure password.
Complete the registration form and continue to create your account.
2. Verify your email address
After registration, Perno will send a verification message to the email address provided during account creation.
Open the message and click Confirm email address. If the button does not work, copy the verification link from the email and paste it into your browser.
You must verify your email address before continuing with the account setup.
3. Enter your company details
Complete the company information form. Provide:
-
company name
-
street and building number
-
apartment number, if applicable
-
ZIP code and city
-
VAT ID or NIP
-
company email address
-
phone number
Check that the information is correct and belongs to the company that will use Perno. Click Save and continue.

4. Activate your subscription
Review the Perno Orchestration subscription and the current price displayed on the screen. In the example shown, the subscription costs USD 7.00 per month.
Click Continue to Stripe, select a payment method and enter the required payment information. Select Pay and subscribe to activate the subscription.
Stripe is used at this stage to process the subscription payment. Paying for the subscription does not automatically create or connect a Stripe merchant account for accepting customer payments.

5. Choose additional products
Select any additional Perno products that your company wants to use. The available options may include:
-
Payevento
-
Perno Company
-
z3x Check
-
Perno Store
Select the required products and click Continue. You can leave optional products unselected if you do not need them.

6. Set up a merchant account
A merchant account connects Perno Orchestration to a payment gateway such as Stripe, Autopay, PayU or mPay. It stores the provider’s configuration and credentials, allowing Perno to process payments through that provider.
Connecting a merchant account is essential if you want to:
-
process customer payments
-
create working payment links
-
use payment instruments
-
view transactions processed through the connected provider
-
manage payment processing through Perno Orchestration
Without an active merchant account connection, Perno cannot route real customer payments through a payment provider. For this reason, we strongly recommend completing this step during the initial setup.
If you already have a merchant account
Select I have a merchant account if your company already has an account with a supported payment provider.
You will need to connect that account to Perno. Depending on the provider, you may be asked to:
-
enter a name for the merchant account
-
select the payment gateway
-
select the account environment, such as Production
-
choose supported currencies and payment methods
-
select applicable languages and countries
-
enter the API credentials provided by the payment gateway
The first merchant account added to Perno becomes the default account automatically. Once the connection is configured correctly, Perno can use the selected provider to process payments.
If you do not have a merchant account
Select I don’t have a merchant account if your company has not yet opened an account with a supported payment provider.
The next screen will show the available path for creating a merchant account. Follow the displayed instructions to begin the registration process with the selected provider.
The provider may require company information, identity verification, business details and a bank account for receiving payouts. Complete the provider’s registration and verification process. Once the merchant account is approved and activated, connect it to Perno using the credentials supplied by the provider.
Payment processing will become available only after the merchant account has been created, activated and correctly connected to Perno.

7. Access your dashboard
After completing the setup, you will be redirected to the Perno Business Dashboard.
From the dashboard, you can access features such as:
-
transactions
-
payment links
-
payment instruments
-
Perno Orchestration
-
additional products activated for your account
Confirm that your merchant account is active and properly connected before creating payment links or accepting customer payments.
