Perno allows you to link publicly available documents, such as Terms and Conditions, a Privacy Policy or a Returns Policy, to a selected store.
1. Select the correct store
Log in to Perno and use the Context selector at the top of the page to choose the store to which you want to add the document.
Documents are assigned only to the currently selected storefront.
2. Open the Documents section
In the left-hand navigation:
-
Expand Your store.
-
Select Documents.
The page displays the Document Registry, including all documents currently linked to the store.

3. Start adding a document
Select Add Document in the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Enter the document details
Complete both required fields:
-
Document Name – enter a clear name describing the document, for example:
-
Terms and Conditions
-
Privacy Policy
-
Returns Policy
-
Delivery Policy
-
Document URL – enter the complete public URL leading directly to the document. The URL should point directly to a PDF file, for example:
https://example.com/documents/privacy-policy.pdf
Make sure the link is publicly accessible and does not require the customer to log in.
5. Add the document
Review the store shown in the Context Summary, then select Add Document.
To leave the form without adding the document, select Cancel or Back to Documents.

6. Verify the document
After adding it, confirm that the document appears in the Document Registry. The registry shows:
-
Document name
-
Document URL
-
Creation date
-
Last update date
-
Available actions
Open the URL to confirm that it leads to the correct document and works for external users.
