Perno Store is a Perno module that allows businesses to create and manage online stores. It provides tools for configuring the storefront, adding products, managing orders, setting up delivery and payment options, and controlling the store’s content and branding.
Perno Store was previously available under the name z3x Store. Its store-building and e-commerce functionality is now available directly within Perno.
1. Select the Store context
Before creating or managing a store, log in to Perno and select the correct context:
-
Open the context switcher in the top navigation.
-
Select the Store context.
After selecting the Store context, Perno displays:
-
An option to create a store if you do not have one yet.
-
A list of stores you have created.
-
Stores to which another user has granted you access.
If an existing store is displayed, select it to open its administration panel. To follow this guide and create a new store, select the available store creation option, such as Create your first store.
For more information about contexts, see What is context in Perno?.

2. Open the store creation form
In the Store context, select Create your first store or the corresponding option for creating another store.
The store configuration form will open.
3. Configure the store
Complete the Store Configuration section:

Make sure that the information identifies the business responsible for operating the store.
5. Enter the merchant’s address
Complete the Merchant Address section:
-

-
Apartment number, if applicable
-

-

6. Upload the store’s brand assets
In the Brand Assets section, upload the files representing the store:

-
OG Image Front – the image used when the store is shared online or on social media.
-

7. Configure contact email addresses
Enter the appropriate email addresses:
-
Email Address for Customers – used for communication with customers.
-
Email Address for Retailers – used for communication with retailers.
-
Email Address for Orders – used for order-related notifications.
Under Email Type to Show, select which email address should be publicly displayed in the store.

8. Complete maps and social-media settings
If required, complete the fields in the Maps & Social Media section.
Add only the social-media links and location information that should be associated with the store and displayed to its customers.
9. Add custom code if needed
The Custom HTML & Ads section is intended for advanced configuration. It contains:
-
HTML Header Additional Code – code inserted into the page header.
-
HTML Footer Additional Code – code inserted into the page footer.
-
Ads Additional Code – advertising, analytics, or tracking code.
Leave these fields empty if you do not have verified code to add. Incorrect custom code may affect how the store works or is displayed.

10. Create the store
Review all the entered information and select Create Store at the bottom of the page.
Perno will create the store using the configuration, merchant details, contact information, and brand assets you provided.
After the store has been created, it will appear in the list of stores available in the Store context. Select it from the context switcher whenever you want to manage its products, orders, settings, or content.
