What is transaction in Perno Orchestration?

Description of transaction in Perno Orchestration platform and quick guide to getting information about them.

A transaction is a read-only record of a payment attempt processed through your Perno Orchestration account. Every transaction captures the gateway used, the amount, the current status, and the customer who initiated the payment - whether it was created through a payment link or another integration.

What information does a transaction record?

In the transactions list, each row shows:

  • Transaction - the transaction id number.
  • Gateway - the provider that processed the payment (e.g. Stripe, Autopay, PayU).
  • Amount - the amount and currency charged.
  • Status - see the statuses below.
  • Created - the date and time the transaction was created.
  • Customer email - the customer's email, if one was provided.
Opening a transaction's full record additionally shows:
  • Type - the kind of transaction, for example Payment.
  • Acquirer ID.
  • Merchant account - the merchant account the payment was processed through.
  • Payment link - whether the transaction is connected to a payment link.
  • Metadata - any additional data attached to the transaction.

What statuses can a transaction have?

Transactions can be filtered by the following statuses: all, unpaid, paid, pending, cancelled, other, need 3ds, need cvv, new
