How to add delivery countries?

This is where you manage the countries a store can ship to. Each country can carry its own free delivery threshold per delivery method, so a customer in one market might need to spend more (or less) to qualify for free shipping than a customer in another. Below, you'll find how to add a delivery country, set its free delivery thresholds, and manage or delete it.

What is Delivery Countries for?

Delivery Countries controls which countries the currently selected store ships to. Each country you add can also have its own free delivery threshold per delivery method, so you can offer free shipping above a chosen cart value in specific markets.

Before you start: setting a free delivery threshold for a country requires at least one delivery method to already be configured for the store, since thresholds are set per delivery method and currency. Add a delivery method first if you haven't already.

Switching to your store context

Delivery countries are managed from the Store context. If a different context is currently active, switch to your store first:

Click the Context switcher in the top navigation bar.

Select Store from the list.

The dashboard now shows live data for the selected store:

Click Your store in the left sidebar to expand it, then click Delivery countries.

The Delivery Countries page shows the store you're currently managing and how many countries are configured:

Adding a delivery country

Click + Add delivery country.

Choose the Country to add from the dropdown.

A summary confirms the store and section you're adding to. Click Save to add the country, or Cancel to discard it:

Click the ⋮ menu next to a country to:

Edit - change the entry.
Free delivery - set a free delivery threshold for this country.
Delete - remove the country from your delivery list.

Setting a free delivery threshold

Opening Free delivery for a country lists each of the store's delivery methods with its currency. Enter the minimum cart value, in the smallest currency unit, that a customer must reach to get free delivery for that method in this country. Leaving a value empty disables country-specific free delivery for that method:

Click Save thresholds to apply the changes, or Cancel to discard them.

Deleting a delivery country

To stop shipping to a country:

Click the ⋮ menu next to the country in your Delivery Countries list, then select Delete.

A confirmation dialog appears, naming the country to be removed. Click Delete to permanently remove it, or Cancel to keep it and close the dialog.
