How to Add a Store Location in Perno Store

A step by step guide to adding a store location.

A Store Location is a physical or operational location associated with a Perno Store, such as a retail outlet, branch, warehouse, or collection point. It contains the location’s name, address, and optional contact details, helping customers and store staff identify the correct place of operation, fulfilment, or collection.

1. Select the correct store

Log in to Perno and use the Context selector at the top of the page to choose the store to which you want to add a location.

Location settings apply only to the currently selected storefront.

2. Open the location settings

In the left-hand navigation:

  1. Expand Your store.

  2. Select Locations.

The Store locations page displays all locations currently assigned to the store.

3. Start adding a location

Select Add store location in the upper-right corner.

Check the Context Summary to confirm that you are adding the location to the correct store.

4. Enter the location name

In Store Location Name, enter a clear name that will help identify the location.

Examples include:

  • Main Store

  • Bydgoszcz Branch

  • Central Warehouse

  • Collection Point

5. Enter the address

Complete the required address fields:

  • Street

  • Building Number

  • ZIP Code

  • City

Enter the Apartment Number if applicable.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

6. Add contact details

If applicable, enter:

  • Email Address – the contact email for this location.

  • Phone Number – the location’s contact number.

These fields are optional, but adding them can help customers or staff contact the correct location.

7. Save the location

Review the information and select Save.

To leave the form without adding the location, select Cancel or Back to List

8. Verify the location

After saving, confirm that the new location appears in the Store locations list with the correct:

  • Name

  • City

  • Street

  • Email address

Use the three-dot menu in the Actions column if you need to manage the location later.
