How to manage your subscriptions in Perno?

A guide to managing your subscriptions

Perno is organized into five separate contexts - Perno Orchestration, Payevento, Store, Check, and Perno Company - each unlocked through its own subscription. This article explains what a subscription is and how to manage the ones on your account.

What is a subscription?

A subscription is an additional product that can be added to your Perno account in order to access and use it. Each of Perno's five contexts - Perno Orchestration, Payevento, Store, Check and Perno Company - represents a separate subscription. Adding a subscription grants access to that context and everything within it; deactivating or canceling a subscription removes access to the corresponding context and its features.

Subscriptions are billed and managed individually, so you can run any combination of contexts depending on which products your business needs - for example, using only Store, or combining Store with Check and Payevento.

What kinds of products are available?

There are five products (contexts):
  1. Perno Orchestration
  2. Payevento
  3. Store
  4. Check
  5. Perno Company

What is each product responsible for?

Perno Orchestration - payment orchestration platform for managing merchant accounts. Centralizes transaction history, hosted payment links, stored payment instruments, and orchestration settings across connected providers.

Payevento - event ticketing and payments platform. Manages event pages, tickets, orders, and records across your entire portfolio.

Store - full e-commerce platform for running a storefront. Covers orders and products, storefront content (galleries, sliders, blog, knowledge base), store settings (delivery, payments, languages, currencies), and user/team management.

Check - uptime and health monitoring platform for websites and APIs. Tracks scheduled checks, crawls sites for broken links/images, and sends outage notifications to your team.

Perno Company - Handles project, task, and team management for your organization, including a Kanban board with customizable workflows, backlog planning, CRM, and OKR tracking.
