Changes in this release

storefrontPerno Store

New travel marketplace theme for Perno Store

Perno Store now includes a new travel_marketplace theme designed for selling and booking hotels, stays, tours, attractions, boat trips and other travel experiences.

The new responsive storefront provides dedicated home, category and experience pages, visual category cards, travel-specific filters, language and currency switching, a newsletter section and a clear booking-focused product layout. Store administrators can select the theme for a store using the existing theme setting, without introducing a separate commerce backend.

Expanded Perno API coverage across the platform

We significantly expanded the Perno API with the missing endpoints for Payevento, Perno Company and Perno Check, and completed the available resources for Perno Store and Perno Orchestration.

The new API coverage includes events, ticket types, sold tickets and their QR codes, orders and discounts; work management, CRM, OKRs and People Pool resources; website monitoring and audit data; as well as additional store and payment-orchestration resources. Every protected endpoint requires a Perno API token and limits data to the organizations, stores, events and applications available to the authenticated user.

We also reorganized and expanded the API reference, added clearer endpoint descriptions and complete response examples, and documented how account owners can obtain and use their API token from the Perno dashboard.

Filter the sales pipeline by owner

The sales pipeline in Perno Company now includes an owner filter. Sales teams can focus the board on opportunities assigned to a selected colleague while account owners, company administrators and sales managers retain a clear view of the entire pipeline.

Connect Gmail and manage customer email inside CRM

Every eligible Perno Company user can connect a personal Gmail account and work with customer correspondence without leaving CRM. The new email workspace synchronizes conversations, supports composing and replying with signatures, lets users create contacts from participants and links complete threads to sales or partner opportunities.

Linked conversations remain available on the deal even if they are later removed from Gmail, giving the sales team a reliable history of customer communication.

Automate sales follow-ups with Sequences

Sequences automate repeatable work around a lead or deal. Build a reusable flow of initial emails, follow-up replies and CRM activities, schedule every step with a delay and use contact, company and opportunity variables to personalize messages.

The next action is reflected in the deal’s activities and timeline. A sequence can be stopped manually and it stops automatically when the contact replies or after its final step is completed.

Understand sales performance with CRM reports

Perno Company now includes a dedicated CRM reports module. It brings together new, open, won and lost opportunities, win rate, pipeline and won value by currency, lead sources, team performance, completed activities and email conversations.

The current pipeline forecast provides a forward-looking view of open opportunities. It groups expected revenue by close month and sales stage, compares full pipeline value with probability-weighted value and shows the expected close date, stage probability and amount of every deal. Reports can be filtered by pipeline, owner and reporting period.
