Knowledge base categories in Perno Store allow you to organize support articles into clear topic areas. Categories help customers find relevant information more easily and can be used for topics such as Payments, Delivery, Returns or Account.
Each category is created for the store currently selected in the Perno panel. Before making any changes, check the Context field in the top-right corner and make sure that the correct Perno Store is selected.
