The Product Photos section in Perno Store lets you create and manage the image gallery for a selected product. You can upload one or more images, control their display order, identify the primary image, and remove outdated photos.
Adding product photos
-
Select the correct store from the Context menu at the top of the panel.
-
Open Products → Products from the left-hand menu.

-
Find the product you want to update.
-
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column and select Photos.

-
On the Product Photos page, click Add Photos. If the gallery is empty, you can also click Add First Photo.

-
In the Photo Files field, select one or more images from your device.
Perno accepts the following file formats:
-
JPG
-
JPEG
-
PNG
-
GIF
-
WEBP
You can select multiple files at once. They will be added in the order in which they were selected, starting from the sequence number entered in the form.
Setting the photo order
Use the Sequence field to define where the uploaded images should appear in the product gallery. Lower numbers are displayed first.
Enter 0 if you want the image to appear at the beginning of the gallery. The first image is normally used as the primary product photo across product listings and storefront views.
The Product Summary panel shows:
-
the selected product,
-
the current store,
-
the number of existing photos,
-
the suggested next sequence number.
After selecting the files and sequence, click Upload Photos.

Managing the gallery
After the upload, return to the Product Photos page. The panel displays the total number of images and the current Primary Asset. Each photo also shows its sequence number, while the first image is marked as Primary.
From this page, you can:
-
click Add Photos to upload more images,
-
change the image order by adjusting the sequence,
-
select individual photos or use Select all photos,
-
click Delete Selected to remove outdated images,
-
click Edit Product to return to the product settings.

Recommended image order
Use the clearest and strongest product image as the first photo. Follow it with detailed views, alternative angles, packaging images, and other useful visual information.
For a consistent storefront presentation, use high-quality images with similar proportions. Review the sequence after every upload to ensure that the intended image remains first and is used as the primary product photo.
