How to manage an orders module in Perno Store

A step by step guide to managing your orders in Perno Store.

The Orders module in Perno Store lets you monitor customer carts and orders for the currently selected store. Orders appear automatically when customers begin the checkout process, so they do not need to be created manually in the administration panel.

Before reviewing orders, check the Context selector at the top of the page. The module displays only the orders associated with the selected store.

Opening the Orders module

  1. Expand Orders in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select All orders.

  3. Confirm that the correct store is displayed under the page description.

You can change the store context using the selector in the header.

Filtering orders by status

Use the tabs above the order list to display orders at a particular stage:

  • All displays all available carts and orders.

  • In progress displays checkout processes that are still active.

  • Payment in progress displays orders for which payment has been initiated.

  • Unpaid displays orders awaiting payment.

  • Paid displays orders with a confirmed payment.

  • B2B to completion displays B2B orders that still require completion.

  • Cancelled displays cancelled orders.

  • Failed displays orders that were not completed successfully.

  • Completed displays finished orders.

Click the relevant tab to narrow the list to the selected status.

Filtering orders by date

  1. Select a start date in the first date field.

  2. Select an end date in the second date field.

  3. Click Apply.

The order list will be limited to the selected period. You can combine the date range with a status tab to find a more specific group of orders.

Exporting order information

To download order data:

  1. Select the required status and date range.

  2. Click Apply if you entered dates.

  3. Click Export CSV.

The exported CSV file can be used for reporting, reconciliation or further analysis in spreadsheet software.

Reviewing sold products

Click Sold Products at the top of the Orders page or select All sold products from the left-hand menu. This section provides access to products included in customer orders and is separate from the full order list.

Opening store management

Click Your Stores to open the list of storefronts available in your workspace. From this page, you can review active and deactivated stores and access the configuration options for each store.

Changing the store in the Context selector determines which store’s orders are displayed when you return to the Orders module.

When no orders are displayed

The message No orders yet means that no customers have started checking out in the selected store, or that no orders match the chosen status and date filters.

If you expected to see an order, check:

  • whether the correct store context is selected;

  • whether the appropriate status tab is active;

  • whether the selected date range includes the order date.
