How to manage sold products in Perno Store.

A step by step guide to managing your sold products in Perno Store.

The All sold products module provides a product-level view of sales in the selected Perno Store. Unlike the All orders view, which groups information by order, this module lets you review individual products purchased by customers, check buyer information and open the related order.

Before reviewing sold products, confirm that the correct store is selected in the Context menu. Information shown in this module is limited to the currently selected store.

Opening the All sold products module

  1. Expand Orders in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select All sold products.

  3. Check the store name displayed below the page description.

To review a different storefront, change the store using the Context selector in the header.

Filtering sold products by order status

Use the status tabs to display products from orders at a particular stage:

  • All displays products from all available orders.

  • In progress displays products associated with active checkout processes.

  • Payment in progress displays products from orders for which payment has been initiated.

  • Unpaid displays products from orders awaiting payment.

  • Paid displays products from paid orders.

  • B2B to completion displays products from B2B orders that still require completion.

  • Cancelled displays products associated with cancelled orders.

  • Failed displays products from unsuccessful orders.

  • Completed displays products from completed orders.

Click the relevant tab to apply the required status filter.

Displaying paid products only

Click Paid Only to switch directly to products associated with paid orders. You can also select the Paid status tab from the filter bar.

This view is useful when preparing fulfilment, sales reports or payment reconciliation.

Filtering sold products by date

  1. Select the start date in the first date field.

  2. Select the end date in the second date field.

  3. Click Apply.

The date range can be combined with an order status to narrow the results further.

Reviewing sold product information

When customers purchase products, each sold item appears in the results. Use the available record to review the product and buyer information or open the order connected with that purchase.

This makes it possible to move from an individual sold product to the complete order when additional payment, customer or fulfilment details are required.

Exporting sold product data

  1. Select the required order status.

  2. Enter a date range if necessary.

  3. Click Apply.

  4. Click Export CSV.

The exported file can be used for sales analysis, fulfilment, reconciliation or reporting outside Perno Store.

Returning to the order list

Click All Orders at the top of the page or select All orders from the left-hand menu to return to the order-level view.

When no sold products are displayed

The message No sold products yet means that no purchased products are available for the selected store, or that no records match the current status and date filters.

If you expected products to appear, check:

  • whether the correct store context is selected;

  • whether the appropriate status tab is active;

  • whether the selected date range includes the purchase date;

  • whether Paid Only or another restrictive filter has been applied.
