The Orders module provides a central registry of all ticket orders placed across your Payevento events. It helps administrators monitor payment results, review buyer information, check discounts and invoice data, and identify the tickets assigned to each order.
An order may contain one or several tickets. Creating an order does not necessarily mean that payment was successful, so always check its payment status.
Dashboard overview
The Payevento dashboard provides a summary of sales activity:
-
Paid Revenue - total revenue from successfully paid orders.
-
Paid Orders - number of orders with confirmed payment.
-
Total Orders - all recorded orders, including paid and unpaid orders.
-
Active Events - number of events currently active.
-
Tickets Available and Sold - current ticket inventory information.
-
Revenue over Time - revenue activity during the selected period.
-
Orders per Day - daily order volume.
The number of paid orders may be lower than the total number of orders because unsuccessful or incomplete payment attempts can still appear in the system.

1. Open the Orders module
-
Sign in to Perno.
-
Make sure Payevento is selected in the context menu at the top of the page.
-
Select All orders from the left navigation menu.
-

The page displays the total number of recorded orders and the Order Registry.

2. Review the Order Registry
Each row in the registry represents one order.

3. Understand order statuses
Orders may have the following statuses:
-
Paid - the payment was completed successfully. The order is included in paid revenue and the associated tickets are valid.
-
Unpaid - the payment has not been completed or confirmed. This may indicate an abandoned checkout, unsuccessful transaction or payment that is still awaiting confirmation.
Do not treat an unpaid order as a confirmed ticket purchase.

Tickets in the order
The Tickets in This Order section lists every ticket assigned to the order, including:
-

-

-
Individual ticket price
One order can contain several tickets. The number of paid orders and the number of sold tickets may therefore be different.

6. Verify the order total
When reviewing an order:
-
Confirm that its status is Paid.
-
Compare the order total with the prices of the tickets listed in the order.
-
Check whether a discount was applied.
-
Confirm that the buyer and invoice information are correct.
-
Verify that every expected ticket appears in the order.
If the order contains multiple tickets, their combined value should correspond to the order total after any applicable discount.
7. Open an individual ticket
-
In Tickets in This Order, click the ticket name.
-
The individual ticket page will open.

8. Verify a ticket
A paid ticket includes both a unique ticket code and a QR code.
At the venue entrance:
-
Confirm that the ticket status is Paid.
-
Scan the QR code.
-
If additional verification is required, compare the scan result with the ticket code displayed in Perno.
-
Confirm that the ticket belongs to the correct event and order.
Use both the ticket code and QR code when investigating duplicate scans or other validation issues.
