The Paid Tickets functionality is available through the All sold tickets section of Perno Payevento. It allows event organizers to review ticket records created during checkout, confirm their payment status, inspect purchaser and order information, and access the QR code used for entry validation.
The registry can contain both paid and unpaid ticket records. Therefore, the presence of a ticket in All sold tickets does not by itself confirm that payment was completed. Always check the ticket’s status.
Business overview
The Payevento dashboard provides a summary of current ticket sales:
-
Paid Revenue – the total value of successfully paid orders.
-
Paid Orders – the number of orders with confirmed payments.
-
Active Events – the number of events currently active.
-
Tickets available – the remaining ticket inventory.
-
Tickets sold – the number of ticket records created through checkout.
The Revenue over time and Orders per day charts show sales performance and order activity.
The number of sold ticket records may include unpaid tickets. Use Paid Revenue, Paid Orders, or the ticket’s Paid status to confirm completed payments.

Understanding ticket statuses
Paid
A green Paid status means that the payment was completed and confirmed. The ticket can be treated as valid, subject to successful QR-code validation at the entrance.
Unpaid
A red Unpaid status means that payment has not been completed or confirmed. This may happen when:
-
The purchaser abandoned the payment process.
-
The payment was declined.
-
The payment authorization was not completed.
-
The selected payment method is still processing.
An unpaid ticket must not be accepted as a valid admission ticket.
